1. Eligibility

1.1. This promotion is valid for new and existing clients who purchase a website design package from Amy Hang In Studio during the promotional period.

1.2. The promotion is not applicable to clients who have already purchased a website design package prior to the start of this promotion.

2. Promotion Details

2.1. Clients who purchase any website design package will receive three (3) months of free website maintenance services.

2.2. The free maintenance period will begin immediately upon the launch of the completed website unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3. Website maintenance services include:

• Website content updates (text, images, and minor design changes to website pages).

• Audits of website forms, broken links, website security.

• Analyzing and improving website performance and website speed.

• Image alt text optimization.

• SEO improvements.

• Website backup.

• Implementation of responsive design to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.

• Integration of necessary features, such as contact forms, social media links, and other functionalities as specified by the client.

• Up to 2 hours of support within each month of your three (3) free website maintenance services months.

2.4. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated by Amy Hang in Studio.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

3.1. The free maintenance does not cover:

• Major redesigns or overhauls of the website.

• Third-party services, subscriptions, or tools required for maintenance.

• Any additional services not explicitly listed in the website maintenance plan.

3.2. Any requests outside the scope of the maintenance plan will be subject to additional charges, as per the standard rates of Amy Hang In Studio.

4. Termination and Expiry

4.1. The free maintenance period will automatically end after three (3) months, at which point clients may choose to continue with a paid maintenance plan.

4.2. Clients who do not wish to continue with paid maintenance services must notify Amy Hang in Studio before the end of the free period.

4.3. Amy Hang In Studio reserves the right to terminate the free maintenance period early in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions by the client.

5. Liability

5.1. Amy Hang In Studio is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other issues arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to hosting provider issues, cyberattacks, or client modifications to the website.

6. Modifications and Cancellation

6.1. Amy Hang In Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2. In the event of cancellation, clients who have already purchased a website design package during the promotional period will still be eligible for the free maintenance offer as outlined.

7. Agreement

7.1. By participating in this promotion, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

7.2. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
