How VIP Design Day Works

Apply

We’ll start the day at 8 AM EST with a check-in email, then spend the morning on the tasks. At 12 PM, you will have the chance to review and provide feedback. The afternoon will be dedicated to completing the remaining design tasks. The VIP Design Day will conclude at 4 PM with a final review, after which we’ll proceed with offboarding for the day.

Have your list of tasks ready and schedule your 30-minute complimentary call to determine if this service is right for you. Ask any questions that haven’t been answered on this VIP Design Day page or in the FAQ section.

We agree on the scope of work and schedule your VIP Design Day.

Design

We will send you a contract and an invoice for 20% of the initial payment to book your VIP Design Day. After payment, we will send you a Pre-VIP Strategy Document for review, outlining the required tasks and the day's schedule.

Offboarding

I will provide one week of post-day support regarding any tasks that I worked on from your list.

  • Yes, you will need to provide all content, including copywriting and any media files, for the page.

  • This will depend on the purpose of the pages. If they are essential pages, such as an "About" page and a “Contact“ page, then yes, I can do that for you in the VIP Design Day.

  • VIP Design Day starts from 8 AM to 5 PM EST on your booked day. Please be sure to convert the time to your time zone if you are not in the Eastern time zone.

  • No, while you don’t need to be at your computer the entire time, having your phone handy will ensure you can promptly respond to any inquiries or feedback for the first progress check-in at 12 PM EST. We’re excited for your VIP Design Day and appreciate your accessibility to make this an amazing experience for you!

  • No refunds are allowed for the VIP Design Day service. The scope of work must be agreed on, and you must carefully read and review the Agreement before signing. The investment amount reflects not just the hours I put in, but also the wealth of design experience I bring to the table. Throughout the day of your VIP Design Day, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request any necessary changes.
